faq

DreamHack will refund all tickets for guest that shows a positive test result for Covid-19 at arrival.

In coordination with the venue, we are currently evaluating ticket caps for certain days and areas, entrance and exit plans, and social distancing guidelines and recommendations. We will release updated information regarding our strategy and any specific details as they become available. As always, we will strictly adhere to any venue and local authority requirements.

DreamHack will also rework our placement of stanchions where people queue, broaden our registration area to utilize the lobby effectively, and ensure that our show walkway sizes are increased while clearly indicating directions to reduce cross traffic.

We want you to be safe and to feel safe. If we are required by local authorities to enforce a mask mandate, rapid testing, or require proof of vaccination, we understand you might not want to attend any longer. As such, if you purchased a ticket before an announcement relating to Covid restrictions, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund. If you purchased your ticket after an announcement, the normal ticket refund policies will prevail.

You will receive a full refund within 60 days of the original event dates.

You will still be eligible to show a negative PCR or Antigen test

Face masks are mandatory to enter
