Esports at DreamHack Summer

DreamHack arranges a variety of esports tournaments for all audiences ranging from casual and fun, to real hard core. Most major genres like Team FPS, Fighting, and Strategy games are featured at DreamHack festivals at some level. Many of the tournaments are open for everybody as you compete for a slot in the tournament playoff area.

DreamHack Mobile Series

Prizepool Over 180,000SEK 

The brand new DreamHack Mobile Series will making its way to Summer, after its premiere at Dallas. It will feature the fantastic titles Brawl Stars and Clash Royale, both games which have millions of downloads and a fan base that’s ever growing. Players can already sign up for the online qualifiers for a chance to win entry, airfare, hotel, and a spot in the LAN finals! DreamHack Open

Prizepool Over 900,000SEK 

Launched in 2012, DreamHack Open is DreamHack’s longest running esports tournament circuit. In 2019, DreamHack Open will exclusively feature Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, and have 7 stops all over the world. Each event will consist of six direct invites, issued to teams based on merits through ranking and results. Teams will have the chance to qualify for the events via online qualifiers. DreamHack Fighting Game Championships

Prizepool Over 180,000SEK 

Summer will be featuring Brawlhalla, Singles & Doubles and players can already register via Smash.gg. Fighting games were mostly played in arcades back then, but since arcades are a thing of the past, players come to tournaments to hang out and play instead. This is how these games are designed to be played. So win or lose, don’t miss out the chance to be part of the fighting games community! Pokemon Regional Championships

Up TO 460,000SEK IN PRIZES, SCHOLARSHIPS, & GIFT CARDS (based on attendance)

Start planning your strategy to show off your Pokémon skills! Besides being the last Regional Championship for the 2019 season, this is also the first time that DreamHack Summer hosts a Regionals tournament. We expect two days jam-packed with Pokémon action with three categories: Trading Card Game, Video Game Championship, and Side Event.
