My name is Imani Lima, and I am the artist and creative mind behind Imani Jo Art. Originally from Rhode Island, I am currently based in Georgia, where I have spent the last eight years working as a dedicated freelance artist. My specialty lies in traditional painting, a beautiful art form that is gradually declining in popularity due to the rise of digital technology. However, I firmly believe that traditional art continues to hold a special place in the hearts of true art lovers, and I am passionately dedicated to preserving this timeless skill for future generations. Throughout my artistic journey, I have had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with a variety of clients, including influencers, voice actors, musicians, and even city mural projects, as well as creating artwork for children’s hospitals. Each of these experiences has significantly enriched my artistic style and broadened my perspective, allowing me to explore new themes and approaches in my work. Over the years, I have successfully expanded my business from an online platform to engaging in-person experiences, selling my unique artwork at more than 60 anime, gaming, comic, and pop culture conventions ranging from a big as MegaCon to as small as your local city comic con. These events have provided me with a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow fans, share my distinctive artistic take on iconic characters, and engage with customers who share my same passion for the culture. I take immense pleasure in witnessing the excitement that my artwork brings to others. I love all of my customers and each interaction fuels my desire to create even more art.
