Attendees can be assured knowing Covid protocols will be in effect to make DreamHack Dallas (and all DreamHack events) as safe as possible. Management will follow the recommended guidelines of health officials.
Since there are currently no Covid-19 requirements from the State of Texas or the City of Dallas, there will be no vaccination status or tests checked on site. We highly recommend wearing face masks, but they are not required by the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center.
If you are experiencing fever, cough, sore throat, headache, runny nose or other symptoms, we ask you to make the right decision to stay home so as not to put others at risk of exposure.
DreamHack will refund all tickets for guests who show a positive test result for Covid-19.
DreamHack will continue to follow the guidance of local health authorities at all of our global events, including Dallas. We will strictly adhere to any venue and local authority requirements.

Please note sanitation stations will be located throughout the facility and paper masks will be available to those who request them. In addition, we will also provide hand sanitizing wipes for all BYOC seats, and the larger areas and free play area will be sanitized regularly.
Our DreamHack team members (most from other states or countries) will have access to on-site testing if they feel ill. We would advise anyone experiencing fever, cough, sore throat, headache, runny nose, or other symptoms, to make the right decision to stay home so as not to put others at risk of exposure. The Dallas County website also includes several Covid testing locations if needed: dallascounty.org/covid-19/testing-locations.php.
