Esports World Cup ft. Fortnite is a fresh take on competitive Fortnite, with an unprecedented team-based competitive circuit. Utilizing the UEFN creator, this 4v4 esport will feature multiple game modes: Capture the Flag and Hardpoint. The Road to Esports World Cup ft. Fortnite will have a total $1,250,000 prize pool and will see the world’s 16 best teams at the final event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. DreamHack Dallas will host the first qualifier to secure 6 spots at the Esports World Cup.

Capture the Flag (CTF) is a popular game mode in first-person shooters where two teams compete to capture the opposing team’s flag and bring it back to their own base.
The team that captures the most flags by the end of the match wins.
Hardpoint is a game mode where two teams of four players each compete to control a point that is moving every 60s on the map. It is a fast-paced and objective-based game mode that requires teamwork and strategy. Players must work together to defend or attack the point and eliminate the enemy team while working on rotations for the upcoming point.
To win, a team must reach 250 points or be ahead when the time limit expires (5 mins).

No. You must purchase and be part of a 4 man team to enter ESL ft. Fortnite.
We are allowing full refunds to happen on all BYOC badges starting from today and is valid until May 26. To be eligible for a refund you have to specify the reason for said refund is to compete in the Fortnite tournament.
You can then buy the 4x person squad ticket on 10:00 AM CT (17:00 CEST), May 20.

No. The tournament area is not inside the BYOC area and is not subject to the BYOC seatmap.

All game modes will be available in the Fortnite game for public and private matches via using the map code in the discover/search. Also, you can participate in weekly competitions through FACEIT.

Players can compete on console or PC. Public matches are available on all platforms.
Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and a parental or guardian waiver must be signed when collecting your tickets for anyone under the age of 18.
