DreamHack is a gaming event unlike any other! DreamHack events are all about the massive BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) LAN party, paired with a plethora of competitive tournaments and international esports competitions happening. Visitors are able to check out the latest gaming and tech gear at the Expo, and take part in all sorts of activities which include tournaments, cosplay, non-gaming events like music concerts, stand-up comedy and more! 

DreamHack X Hyderabad Comic Con or DreamHack @ Hyderabad Comic Con is nothing but both these events coming together under the same roof. It will have everything you love about DreamHack & Comic Con. You will get to share your fandom with a much larger community.

BYOD is Bring Your Own Device. This will include PC’s, Laptops, mobiles and consoles. You can bring your devices and play over 3 days with your BYOD ticket.

Yes, you can bring your own laptop to play if you have a BYOD Ticket or COMBO Ticket.

No, you’ll be provided with chairs at the venue.

Yes, you should bring your own 10-meter long Ethernet cable. 

DreamHack Hyderabad 2025 is open for all ages but can contain content such as tournaments, exhibitors and partners showing games, and other material not suitable for all ages. For anyone younger than 16 years we will need an undertaking from the parents as provided here. 

No, DreamHack does not offer refunds on purchased tickets.

Event passes will be available for purchase at the event for day visitors if they are not sold out online. We recommend purchasing tickets as soon as possible as the best prices will be available online. This will guarantee your presence if we sell out at the venue.

Yes, you can show your ticket on your phone or tablet. Just present the ticket confirmation at the box office, either digitally or as a printed copy to receive your wristband and gain entry to the venue.

For the BYOD ticket holders, you will be given one seat for your system. 

DreamHack has a security crew and extra security guards on site. However, all personal belongings will be your own responsibility. If you are concerned about security you may always bring a computer lock to secure your tower or laptop and peripherals to the table. We do not recommend leaving valuables like cell phones & wallets at your LAN seat as those are much easier to walk away with. DreamHack is not responsible for any lost possessions.

All areas are wheelchair accessible. Some areas and rows might be harder to reach. We recommend choosing a seat on the outer edges of the seat map since there is generally more space to accommodate wheelchairs. 

No, we do not have a sleeping area! But if you are coming with your team and need help with booking hotels nearby, please contact social@nodwin.com

Yes, you are allowed to bring your own games, make sure it’s updated. We will be announcing the games being featured at BYOD shortly. 

Yes, there will be a food court at the venue to fill the soul.

Every ticket will be provided with only one band. You are not supposed to take that off even while showering/bathing. You will not be allowed to re-enter without the band. 

Tampered wristbands are not acceptable. You will have to buy a new ticket in that case.

Different ticket categories will allow participation in different activities organized at DreamHack except for any Invitational Tournaments. All Season holders to the DreamHack Hyderabad event are eligible to participate in open gaming tournaments and competitions hosted on-site by the organizer as per their rules and regulations. BYOD ticket and combo ticket will also allow you to bring your own PC and Console and stay late for night gaming at the venue. Once you get to the event, do not miss your chance to register to secure your spot in the tournaments you want to participate in.

Just make sure it fits on your available space and that is built sturdily so it will not be dangerous for you or any other participants.

BYOD gamers will be provided internet via dedicated LAN cables or WiFi. WiFi will be provided by specific stages and exhibitions only. 

You can get your set-up from 9 AM on Friday and continue gaming till 8 PM on Sunday. However, we would advise setting up or dismantling of the BYOD area with your equipment from 9 AM to 8 PM on the event days only.

We open gates at 11 AM each day for the general public.

The corresponding schedule will be updated for each activity and can be found under specific activities mentioned. 

Yes, you can purchase merchandise from our stores in the venue.

Kindly refrain from carrying any Helmets, Cameras, Firecrackers, Lighters, Weapons, Tins/Cans, Water Balloons, Umbrellas, Tobacco Products, Fireworks, Outside Food/Alcohol, Metal Containers, Musical Instruments of any kind as they’re strictly prohibited inside the stadium due to security reasons. 

Yes. Free parking is available at the venue but it is on a first come first serve basis so we would recommend that you come early if you need parking.

You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by DH or the person or entity designated to do so by DH. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
• IRL Streaming Policy: IRL streaming is allowed and encouraged at DreamHack, however it’s important to be respectful of our visitors! If you are IRL streaming, should a visitor ask you to not film or otherwise feature them in your IRL stream you are obligated to cease filming them immediately if you wish to follow our rules. If you are IRL streaming and found to not be following this policy you will be asked to leave the event.
