Shadowverse World Circuit Montreal: Complete Tournament Details
Registrations for the Shadowverse World Circuit tournament at DreamHack Montreal 2018 are now open! Book your flight, hone your skills and prepare your decklist for a shot at the USD10 000 prize pool and a chance to reach the Contenders Cup, which will take place later this year! Every participant will receive a unique in-game emblem and a complete Shadowverse swag package including a cap, bag and wallet!
The tournament will take place between September 8 to September 9 and all you need to compete is a valid 3-day event ticket for DreamHack Montreal which can be found on the TicketPro page.

Registrations for the tournament closes at Wednesday September 5 at 23h59 E.T..
All players competing in the Shadowverse World Circuit are required to be over 16 years of age and to have a valid event ticket.
For the winner to be rewarded with a place in the Contenders Cup, the player is required to submit proof of legal residence in one of the following countries when they check in at DreamHack Montreal:
Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina,Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Caribbean Netherlands, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Curacao, Dominica Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Guyana, Haití, Honduras, Jamaica, Martinique, Mexico, Miquelón, Montserrat, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Maarten, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands, United States, United States Virgin Islands, Uruguay, Venezuela
If a player is not a resident of one of the countries listed above, a place in the Contenders Cup will be awarded to the highest-ranked player in the tournament that fulfills the residential requirement. This does not affect the distribution of tournament prize money. In the event of tied placements, tiebreaker matches will take place until the situation is resolved.
Players are required to bring their own device to the competition. DreamHack encourages you to be able to connect to a network via a wired connection. If a player is disconnected during a match while playing over a wifi or cellular connection it will be counted as a loss and the round will not be played again.
Tournament format is Rotation, please have this in mind when building and submitting your decklist. Decklist submission will take place separately from the tournament registration at a later date.

The Shadowverse Open series of online tournaments will continue, allowing entrants from more countries than ever before.
With one season already underway this year, the Shadowverse Open will continue, with another two seasons scheduled to take place this year. Not only that, but the competition will be extended to South-east Asia and Oceania, South America, and a wider number of European regions, extending Shadowverse’s esports reach to over 120 countries.
The launch of the World Circuit, a series of major offline tournaments, including a collaboration with the world’s most awesome esports festival, DreamHack.
The newly announced World Circuit will consists of three offline tournaments that ANYONE can take part in: DreamHack Tours (France), The South East Asia & Oceania Open (Singapore from the 11-12 August), and DreamHack Montreal (Canada). Each tournament will feature a prize pool of $10,000 and a chance to qualify for the World Grand Prix.
