Each player is assigned a Play! Pokémon Identification Number (Player ID) that is used to track that player’s tournament play. Players must have this number with them whenever they attend a Play! Pokémon event. You can get a Player ID online if you already have a Pokémon Trainer Club account.
If you don’t yet have a Player ID, you can get yours here.
If you have already received a Player ID through your Pokémon Trainer Club account, or have linked an ID that you received at a previous event to your account, you can log in to www.pokemon.com and look up your Player ID in your personal profile.
The tournament will be run using the Standard format. You can learn more about the Standard format here.
Decklists can be found in the venue. You can fill in a decklist when you arrive, or download one to complete in advance here.
Unfortunately, we can not offer refunds on tickets. Please be sure you’re able to attend if you buy one! If something changes you may change the name on your ticket once, allowing you to gift or resell it to a friend.
Everyone is welcome to trade cards with the goal of building decks or collecting their favorite cards. Trading cards for the primary purpose of gaining value or earning a profit is restricted to those who have purchased a vendor booth for the event. Buying and selling cards with anyone other than official vendors is strictly prohibited. The enforcement of all event policies is at the sole discretion of the DreamHack Event staff.
International competitors can choose between Jönköping Airport or Landvetter Airport (Gothenburg Airport). From Landvetter airport you can easily go by bus provided by Flixbus or Nettbuss that offers several departures per day. The bus from Landvetter will take you directly to the city central station and from there you can take local transportation or taxi to the venue or hotel.
