Mie-Rose Cosplay is a long standing name in cosplay communities all over the globe. After representing Denmark abroad in CICAF and the Nordic Cosplay Championship, she switched to the dark side and moved to Sweden to join her now wife. Since coming to Sweden, she’s represented Sweden in the World Cosplay Summit and scoring second runner up at the Swedish cosplay championships. When she’s not snatching trophies at competitions, you can find her hosting or organizing them.

If there’s one word to describe Mie-Rose’s cosplay portfolio it would be “versatile”. Anything from bearded demonic men to frilly idols resides in her costume stash. But if there’s one genre that truly has her heart, it would be retro girl’s comics with a queer twist. Her craft is characterized by immaculate attention to detail, good fit and a fearlessness for challenging techniques.
