Travel and Lodging

Most DreamHack visitors who attend with their own PC or consoles stay in the sleeping areas that DreamHack provides. We offer two sleeping halls: Hall A inside the venue and Racket Centrum (just outside Elmia). The areas are separated from the festival halls. If you do not wish to stay in the sleeping areas there are also several hotels nearby. On this page you can find useful links and information.

Elmia Address: Elmiavägen 15, 554 54 Jönköping

Sleeping Halls

DreamHack offers two sleeping halls; Hall A inside the venue and Racketcentrum (just outside Elmia).

Sleeping hall opens: Thursday, Aug 6

Checklist for accommodation in the sleeping areas

  • Sleeping mat or inflatable air mattress (It is also recommended to use a blanket beneath the air mattress.)
  • Blanket or sleeping bag
  • Pillow
  • Flashlight

Please note: It will be difficult to keep your sleeping gear safe in these areas as thousands of others have access to the area and it is impossible for us to monitor each participant’s belongings. We would recommend not bringing expensive sleeping gear in case of a potential thief. On top of that, make sure to tag your things clearly, so they become less interesting to potential thieves!

The sleeping areas at DreamHack are included if you have a BYOC ticket or a 3 Day Festival Pass. When you’ve finished sleeping, remove your equipment from the sleeping halls to make room for others.
