DreamHack Crew has been around for over 20 years and is a tight-knit community of volunteers who gather for each event to have fun, learn new skills, and be part of the best community in the world. DreamHack Crew members are the true champions of the festival experience – making it possible to host our world-class events.
As a volunteer at our festivals, you get to experience the event in a whole new way. You might be hosting a tournament, check-in attendees or facilitating a new and exciting interactive experience. There are numerous opportunities to learn and gain experience as a DreamHack Crew member.
As part of the DreamHack Crew we try to make your experience as inexpensive as possible. Unlike most music festivals, we provide more than just a ticket. At all events, we provide snacks in our crew lounge, catering for 2 meals per day (+ breakfast if needed), DreamHack t-shirts, a sleeping spot in our sleeping hall, and sometimes even gifts!
DreamHack is an experience like no other. As part of the team, you will gain skills in leadership, learn the ins and outs of what it takes to run a successful gaming festival, get to network with people, and develop friendships that last a lifetime.
