What is Boxfights?

Boxfights are intense 1v1 Fortnite battles focused on building, editing, and close-range combat. Players face off inside compact arenas where every wall replace, edit, and shot matters.

Creative players, ranked grinders, and confident fighters all have one thing in common here: a chance to prove themselves live at DreamHack.

No online lag. No hiding behind matchmaking. Just you, your mechanics, and the pressure of the arena.

Format & prizing

The Fortnite Arenas booth will feature a daily tournament format, where players compete in qualifying brackets throughout the day for a chance to advance to the Daily Champion Finals.

  • Daily Structure - Applies to Each Day
  • Majority of Day: 8 individual single elimination brackets
  • 4 players in each bracket
  • Participants based on walk up sign ups
  • Each winner of a Qualifying Bracket earns cash prizing and qualifies for that days Champions Bracket
  • End of Day
  • Championship Bracket
  • Consists of 8 qualifying bracket winners from the day
  • Players may only compete once per day
  • Prizing is only awarded for first place Qualifying Bracket winners and Champions Bracket Winners
  • Participation resets each day
  • Players will not be able to use their own personal Epic accounts and will play on dedicated DreamHack accounts
  • Peripherals will be provided by DreamHack

Registration will take place in person at the Fortnite Arenas booth. Pre-registration is not available.
