Anime Weekend Atlanta (AWA) is an annual four-day anime convention held during December at the Georgia World Congress Center, Building C in Atlanta, Georgia. We offer fun experiences such as the Anime Music Video contest, Artists’ Alley, concerts, costume contest, dances, Dealer’s Room, fashion show, game shows, karaoke, Maid Café, panels, RPG Gaming, tabletop gaming, Video Gaming, and Workshops.

LANFest is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building healthy communities through gaming. Founded in 2002, LANFest hosts hundreds of gaming events each year that bring people together to have fun, create safe space, and accomplish good. With a nationwide network of volunteers and chapters, LANFest gives purpose to play, bringing communities together to connect, give back, and make a lasting impact.

With a structured network of regional groups and a strong presence at conventions, the 405th blends craftsmanship, collaboration, and fandom into a welcoming community for creators and cosplayers alike.

AbleGamers is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making gaming accessible for people with disabilities. Since 2004, AbleGamers has used the power of play to combat social isolation, foster inclusive communities, and improve quality of life by providing adaptive technology, resources, and industry guidance. Through partnerships with players, developers, and organizations, AbleGamers helps ensure that everyone has the opportunity to connect, compete, and belong through gaming.

Let’s Go Cosplay is a fast-growing cosplay community and event collective that brings fans together through creative, high-energy experiences. Based in Atlanta and expanding nationally, the group hosts meetups, photoshoots, and large-scale activations while collaborating with conventions, brands, and local events. Founded with a mission to make cosplay more accessible and community-driven, Let’s Go Cosplay creates welcoming spaces for creators of all levels to connect, express themselves, and celebrate fandom together.

Georgia Beyblade

Georgia Beyblade is a small group of organizers and judges creating all ages tournaments all around the peach state. We are partnered with Hasbro, Charlies Collectable Show, 4o4esports, the Museum of Aviation, and the World Beyblade Organization to name a few. At most events, we provide a shop with the most up to date releases straight from japan with Our tournaments are free, we bring all the equipment needed, and you just need to bring your BEST beys and a launcher and do your best.

Extinction Esports

Extinction is a grassroots esports and content organization founded by CEO Sarah Hanson and COO Zachary Reis. The organization aims to develop upcoming talent and put them on a pedestal for the world to see the next generation of esports professionals and content creators. Extinction was founded in 2024 with the goal of creating a community of dedicated esports and gaming enthusiasts. This began in Overwatch, where EXN fielded a top North American roster in numerous seasons of the Overwatch Championship Series. With significant results and traction in this space, we expanded into Marvel Rivals, Pokemon Unite, Deadlock and Content Creation. In just over a year, we’ve built a community of over 2,500 people spanning across multiple titles and scenes. Our Atlanta based organization fields players all across North America as well as many in Europe. We are excited to continue to grow into more titles in 2026.
