For general attendees you will enter via the West Entrance. These ticket types are as follows:
For LAN attendees, and special guests, you will enter via the East Entrance. Once you have your badge, you can enter in either entrance. These ticket types are as follows:
VIP Guests, Media, Artists, Creators and Cosplayers will enter via a special entrance next to the Main Entrance (via the Scandic Talk Hotel Lobby).
Do note, you cannot bring your LAN gaming gear with you through the Main Entrance, that can only occur at the East Entrance.

Yes, Stockholmsmässan does have access to a cloak room. The fee is 40 SEK for a jacket and 40 SEK for a bag. Payment is made by card.Â

DreamHack tickets are non-refundable. The only circumstance for a ticket refund is if the event is postponed.

Children aged 5 and under are able to attend the festival for free. They do not require a ticket, they just need to be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian.
Only if you have purchased a BYOC/LAN ticket. All other ticket types do not require one.

No. Only LAN ticket holders are able to purchase a sleeping hall ticket. This is linked to the bag ban.
No. We’ve moved away from that functionality. Your ticket via QR code from Tixr’s email or Tixr’s app is all that is required to enter the festival, no need to link your ticket to our app.Â

3-Day and 1-Day ticket holders are allowed to bring a 40cm x 40cm x 20cm bag inside the venue. This equates to the size of a standard backpack or a goodie bag size that gets handed out at the venue. Bags are subject to being searched by the main entrance security.
LAN attendees are exempt from the bag ban size, however they are still subject to be searched when entering the building. For creators and cosplayers, please defer to your communication channels for your information.
LAN attendees above the age of 20 will have access to a separate bar area in the 20+ LAN section. Every attendee will have to show ID to enter the bar to be served a drink.Â
Beyond this, only restaurants at DreamHack Stockholm will serve alcohol for day ticket holders and LAN attendees above the age of 20. Each person ordering an alcoholic drink in this restaurant has to show ID to be served a drink. It is not allowed to bring your beverage with you outside of the designated areas.Â
No strong liquor will be served at DreamHack Stockholm. If an attendee is behaving inappropriately due to intoxication DreamHack staff will have the attendee leave the event premise and be escorted out.Â

There is a BYOC (Bring Your Own Computer) LAN area at our event where you can join in our LAN tournaments, and play games all weekend long.
BYOC and DreamHack Knockout attendees can enter starting Friday at 09:00
When you arrive at Stockholmsmässan during the daytime with your gear, please enter through the East Entrance, which serves as the dedicated LAN entrance. This is where you can bring in your computer and get set up for the event, and there are plenty of parking spaces available for unloading your gaming gear. If you return to the event without your LAN setup, you may still use the East Entrance during the day. At night, LAN attendees can use the West Entrance to enter and exit the venue, and those carrying their gear may enter and leave through the Main Entrance.

Yes! Your table can be used for any console or other system. You’ll still need to bring your own monitor, cables, console, etc.
No. The LAN area is only accessible for those with LAN tickets.
You will be provided with a set of 4x stickers when you receive your LAN ticket.Â
One sticker is to be added to your badge. The other 3 you should use for your equipment; monitor, PC tower, and one other item.
Then when you leave the LAN with items, the stickers will be checked against the ones on your badge.
Yes! There is a limited inventory of accessibility seating in both the regular LAN and the 20+ LAN. If you are interested in purchasing these tickets, please fill out this form.
The sleeping hall access is a quiet darkened area for you to sleep in. All items required for the sleeping you need to bring – from sleeping bag, to blow up / air mattress etc. We do not provide any sleeping aids.
All personal items must be removed from the sleeping hall each night. Please take them to your desk or place them outside the sleeping hall area. Items cannot be stored inside the sleeping hall. All sleeping items are stored at your own risk.

Only LAN attendees are available to purchase a sleeping hall ticket. This is due to the constraints we have with the bag ban. Only LAN attendees can bring in bags and equipment, day visitors can’t.
Yes! There will be a location near the sleeping hall where you can shower and freshen up each day.
No. All items for the showers you must bring yourself. Towels, shower gel, shampoo, etc.
