Each Team Pass includes four spots:

• 3x designated player spots.
• 1x optional coach spot.
• DreamHack GA access for the entire weekend (Friday – Sunday).

Team Pass grants a competition slot for the Saturday LAN Open, where teams have the opportunity to fight for a spot in the Sunday COD:WRS LAN Final.

No. The Team Pass does not include a specific CDL pass. However, DreamHack attendees have access to a limited free seating allocation for the CDL, which is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once you have purchased your team pass, you will need to do the following:

1. Create a FACEIT Team: Your team captain must ensure the team is set up on the platform with all three members added. Note: Coaches do not need to be added to the FACEIT team roster.
2. Submit the Registration Form: The Team Pass owner must fill out the form using the same email address used for the Tixr purchase or transfer. (For the “FACEIT player profile link” field, please use your Captain’s profile.) This form will be sent to the email used to purchase the team pass on Tixr.
3. Wait for Whitelisting: Once the form is submitted, please allow at least 24 hours for your team to be whitelisted on the tournament page. A link to the tournament page will be included on the roster submission form.
4. Finalize Your Roster: Once whitelisted, you can manage your roster in the Participants Tab by clicking the three dots and selecting “Edit.”

Yes! If you purchased a DreamHack GA pass and later bought a COD:WRS Team Pass, you are eligible for a refund on the original GA pass.

How to apply: Reach out to support@dreamhack.com with your Order Ticket IDs for both your original DreamHack ticket purchase and your COD:WRS Team Pass purchase.

Eligibility: While the Team Pass is purchased by one individual, other members of the team who previously bought DreamHack GA passes are also eligible for refunds.

If you need to transfer a team pass, please email wrs@efg.gg from the email address used to purchase the pass. Your email must include the following:

1. A downloaded PDF of your Tixr ticket.
2. Your FACEIT name (include link to profile)
3. The transferee’s FACEIT name (include link to profile).
4. The transferee’s email address.

Mandatory Steps for Validation:

1. CC the transferee in your email.
2. The transferee must reply to the thread to confirm acceptance of the transfer.

Once all of these conditions are met, a team pass transfer will be considered finalized

• No refunds will be issued for team passes.
• Travel and accommodation are not included with your purchase.
