The Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) is centrally located in Atlanta, making it easily accessible from several major cities in the Southeast. Whether you’re driving in from nearby states or taking a road trip, the following driving times and directions can help you plan your visit.

The Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) offers over 6,500 parking spaces across its campus, including multiple parking decks and lots such as the Yellow LotRed Deck, and Orange Deck. Rates vary depending on the location. Cashless payment options are available, and you can pre-purchase parking for added convenience.

Additional parking is also available nearby the venue. For more details on pricing, payment methods, and available spots, be sure to visit the GWCCA Parking website.

The Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, located just a 20-minute drive from the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC), is the closest airport to the venue. Conveniently, the airport also features a MARTA station between the North and South baggage claim areas—see “Travel by MARTA” for details on GWCC stops.

Rideshare & Taxi Options:

  • Uber/Lyft: Convenient ride-sharing apps are available for direct transport from the airport to the GWCC.

  • Taxis: Traditional taxis are also readily available for travel to the GWCC.

Upon arrival, pick up your bags at either the South or North Baggage Claim areas. To access the rideshare pickup zone, head to the lower level of North Baggage Claim and follow signs to the designated rideshare area.

For drop-offs at Building C or Mercedes-Benz Stadium, request “Zone 1” in your rideshare app for the most convenient location.

The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) is Atlanta’s main public transit system, offering bus and rail service throughout the city. A $2.50 fare covers one-way trips, including transfers.

The Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) is easily accessible via three MARTA stations:

  • Centennial Olympic Park event: Use GWCC/CNN Station (W-1) or Peachtree Center Station (N-1), with a short 6-block walk.

  • GWCC Buildings A & B event: GWCC/CNN Station (W-1) is the most convenient.

  • GWCC Building C event: Access via GWCC/CNN Station (W-1) or Vine City Station (W-2), both within walking distance.
