For general attendees you will enter via the West Entrance. These ticket types are as follows:
VIP Guests, Media, Artists, Creators and Cosplayers will enter via a special entrance next to the Main Entrance (via the Scandic Talk Hotel Lobby).

Yes, Stockholmsmässan does have access to a cloak room. The fee is 40 SEK for a jacket and 40 SEK for a bag. Payment is made by card.
Until we announce anything, consider its status not happening/unknown. If you cannot find what you’re looking for on our website, then assume it’s not yet announced or it will not be happening at this time.
No, there is no BYOC LAN at DreamHack Stockholm. Please read more here about this decision.

You can buy tickets directly from our tickets page. We do not condone the selling of badges on third party websites – if you do buy from them be careful as we cannot confirm their validity.
Yes! You can find any available add-ons on Tixr’s event page under this events ticket. At the bottom it’ll show what available add-ons you can add to your ticket.
DreamHack tickets are non-refundable. The only circumstance for a ticket refund is if the event is postponed.
You will receive a full refund within 60 days of the original event dates.
Journalists/Media will be able to apply for press accreditation. The accreditation form opens on September 1.
Children aged 5 and under are able to attend the festival for free. They do not require a ticket, they just need to be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian.
Yes! Simply email us at support@dreamhack.com, show us of your card, and we can accommodate your request.
No. We’ve moved away from that functionality. Your ticket via QR code from Tixr’s email or Tixr’s app is all that is required to enter the festival, no need to link your ticket to our app.

Only restaurants at DreamHack Stockholm will serve alcohol for ticket holders above the age of 20. Each person ordering an alcoholic drink in this restaurant has to show ID to be served a drink. It is not allowed to bring your beverage with you outside of the designated areas.
No strong liquor will be served at DreamHack Stockholm. If an attendee is behaving inappropriately due to intoxication DreamHack staff will have the attendee leave the event premise and be escorted out.
