For general attendees you will enter via the West Entrance. These ticket types are as follows:
For LAN attendees, and special guests, you will enter via the East Entrance. Once you have your badge, you can enter in either entrance. These ticket types are as follows:
VIP Guests, Media, Artists, Creators and Cosplayers will enter via a special entrance next to the Main Entrance (via the Scandic Talk Hotel Lobby).
Do note, you cannot bring your LAN gaming gear with you through the West Entrance, that can only occur at the East Entrance.

Have no fear day ticket holders, you won’t miss any content. It’ll be ready for you at 12:00!
For LAN ticket holders:
Yes, Stockholmsmässan does have access to a cloak room. The fee is 40 SEK for a jacket and 40 SEK for a bag. Payment is made by card. This is after security. The bag ban is still in place, so for 1-day and 3-day visitors you cannot bring your bag with you.
Until we announce anything, consider its status not happening/unknown. If you cannot find what you’re looking for on our website, then assume it’s not yet announced or it will not be happening at this time.

You are now able to upgrade some of your tickets via Tixr! Simply head on over to their orders tab found here and any applicable tickets will allow you to upgrade without going through support.
You can currently upgrade the following tickets:
Friday, Saturday, or Sunday tickets to a 3 Day ticket.
DreamHack tickets are non-refundable. The only circumstance for a ticket refund is if the event is postponed.
You will receive a full refund within 60 days of the original event dates.

Children aged 5 and under are able to attend the festival for free. They do not require a ticket, they just need to be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian.

No. Only LAN ticket holders are able to purchase a sleeping hall ticket. This is linked to the bag ban.

LAN attendees above the age of 20 will have access to a separate bar area in the 20+ LAN section. Every attendee will have to show ID to enter the bar to be served a drink.
Beyond this, only restaurants at DreamHack Stockholm will serve alcohol for day ticket holders and LAN attendees above the age of 20. Each person ordering an alcoholic drink in this restaurant has to show ID to be served a drink. It is not allowed to bring your beverage with you outside of the designated areas.
No strong liquor will be served at DreamHack Stockholm. If an attendee is behaving inappropriately due to intoxication DreamHack staff will have the attendee leave the event premise and be escorted out.
Yes. We are following the authorities guidelines and will apply these for DreamHack Stockholm. This means that no bags are allowed to be brought into the event. That goes for all bags, also small hand bags, cloth bags and plastic bags. There will be no bag storage offered at the event.
Police authorities have made the decision for a total bag ban for larger events in Sweden. Safety for our attendees is our top priority. We are in constant communication with concerned authorities and will adapt our events accordingly as guidelines are updated.
The only people who may bring a bag with them are LAN attendees.
Yes. You may be asked to present a doctors note or prescription note, but you can bring in a small medical bag for those reasons.
You are NOT allowed to bring any bag to the venue if you have any of the following ticket types:
If you are given a bag by an expo vendor for example, you will be able to keep the bag with you. However, if you leave the venue, you will not be allowed to re-enter the venue with that bag.
Make sure to check out the festival rules list so you know exactly what you can and cannot do at the festival.

There is a BYOC (Bring Your Own Computer) LAN area at our event where you can join in our LAN tournaments, and play games all weekend long.
Once you arrive at Stockhomsmässan, if you have your gear with you, you must enter the main entrance. However upon re-entering the event without your LAN set-up you can make your way to the East Entrance which is the dedicated LAN entrance of the event. Here you can bring in your computer and get yourself set up for the event! There are plenty of parking spaces available to use when you unload your gaming gear!
When entering the event you will be asked to present your bag to the security staff for a bag search. To make this process as easy as possible, please have your bag ready to be presented to the staff.

Yes! Your table can be used for any console or other system. You’ll still need to bring your own monitor, cables, console, etc.
No. The LAN area is only accessible for those with LAN tickets.
Yes! There is a limited inventory of accessibility seating in both the regular LAN and the 20+ LAN. If you are interested in purchasing these tickets, please fill out this form.
Yes. There is a limited inventory of sleeping hall allocations however. It will be first come, first served.
The sleeping hall access is a quiet darkened area for you to sleep in. All items required for the sleeping you need to bring – from sleeping bag, to blow up / air mattress etc. We do not provide any sleeping aids.
Only LAN attendees are available to purchase a sleeping hall ticket. This is due to the constraints we have with the bag ban. Only LAN attendees can bring in bags and equipment, day visitors can’t.
Yes! There will be a location near the sleeping hall where you can shower and freshen up each day.
No. All items for the showers you must bring yourself. Towels, shower gel, shampoo, etc.
Yes you can, but only with a specific wristband. If you have a minor in the LAN and you wish to check in on that person at the event make your way to the East Entrance during the entrance opening hours and look for the Information Desk.
You will be asked to leave your ID card at the desk as a deposit, this is to ensure that you are leaving the building.
Yes, LAN visitors can bring their bags.
