What is BYOC?
It stands for "Bring your own computer". While we always have PC Freeplay available, if you’d like to bring your own computer at DreamHack to play local games or participate in BYOC tournaments on our wired network, you’ll want a BYOC badge which grants you your own seat in a secured section. Seatmap released later.

Rental agreement
At the collection of your rental PC and screen, you need to sign a form that state that you are responsible for loss or damaged hardware. It's your responsibility to hand the hardware back in the same condition as pick up. Pickup location will be announced closer to the event by news post or email.
Home Delivery
Add On
Skip the check-in lines* by getting your NFC wristband/badge delivered to you ahead of the festival. This add-on can be purchased at checkout.
*Note that this does not apply to the general security screening line.

Speed past the check-in line
The Home Delivery add-on will have your NFC badge / wristband sent home. Your wristband comes with a chip that has your unique profile ID linked to your wristband. This means you are ready to go immediately and you do not need to collect your wristband at our registration desk.
When and where is the band sent?
You will be prompted to enter your address at checkout and your wristband will be sent to that address. Wristbands are sent out approximately 3 weeks before the event starts. You will receive a track and trace link via email.
Home Delivery per ticket
Home Delivery counts per ticket and not per order. Example, if you order five BYOC tickets and only one Home Delivery, you will only receive one package at home. You must purchase five home deliveries to get all five sent home and you will receive five separate packages.

This parental add-on does not get you a BYOC seat, but you can enter the BYOC area freely. If you wish to have your own BYOC seat next to your child, or play in tournaments together you must purchase your own BYOC ticket.

First time play costs 200 SEK and is bought either via Tixr or on-site. Second time playing costs 100 SEK and is only purchased on-site.
Each ticket is valid for one session of play and the session is one hour where roughly 30 minutes is preparation and 30 minutes is play time.
