DreamHack is an immersive gaming experience where the community comes to life. At our festival, you come to experience professional esports tournaments, amateur and high school gaming tournaments, world-famous bring-your-own-computer (BYOC) LAN party, cosplay, art, activities, expo, screenings and more.

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and a parental or guardian waiver must be signed when collecting your tickets for anyone under the age of 18.

As much as we love animals, they’ll have to remain at home. The only animals allowed inside the building are service animals.
Both IRL Streaming and recording footage is allowed and encouraged at DreamHack. However, it’s important to be respectful of our visitors! If, when you are IRL Streaming or filming, and a visitor asks you not to film or otherwise feature them in your IRL stream, you must cease filming them immediately. If you are IRL Streaming and not following this policy, you will be asked to leave the event.
While we do not go out of our way to record people, you may be caught in videos used for marketing purposes. Please read section 6.8 on our rules page for a full breakdown of our video and photography rules.
At this time we are not offering a hotel room block.
You can buy tickets directly from our tickets page. We do not condone the selling of badges on third party websites – if you do buy from them be careful as we cannot confirm their validity.
DreamHack tickets are non-refundable. The only circumstance for a ticket refund is if the event is postponed.
You will receive a full refund within 60 days of the original event dates.
Children aged 12 and under are able to attend the festival for free but they must still have a ticket, so make sure to select family pass ticket when you buy a 1-day or 3-day pass.
Yes you can! Make sure to select the option on Tixr with the blue banner before you login and use your credit or debit cards to confirm your payment.
Yes! On Thursday, May 22, you can pick up your tickets in the Hall F lobby, between 2pm to 8pm.
Some tickets are easily upgradeable via your Tixr orders. Simply head over to “My Orders” and explore if any of the ticket you own are eligible for upgrades.
There may be some ticket or ticket types that aren’t upgradable.
No, you can have 1 person collect all the tickets and then distribute them among yourselves. This also applies during early ticket pick-up hours. One can pick up on Thursday, and give to each other on other days.

hours as noted above and no overnight parking is allowed, however in exigent circumstances you may still exit
after midnight via the Canton St. exit
Parking passes are good for the day purchased and/or utilized, but you must leave by midnight.
No. The parking pass can only be used for the date selected. Please choose the correct date you will be parking for the pass to be accepted. You can purchase your pass up to two months in advance.

All passes purchased online are only valid for entry one time. The pass can be purchased by one individual and
sent via text or email to whomever. Once the pass is utilized it is no longer valid.

All prepaid parking passes hold a parking space per pass. If a you approach the garage and it is closed, you are
required to show the parking pass to the attendant. Access will be granted, and the attendant will direct you to an
open parking space.
There is a BYOC (Bring Your Own Computer) area at our event where you can join in our BYOC tournaments, and play games all weekend long.
Friday from 10 AM until Sunday 6 PM.
Once the BYOC LAN is open, it will remain open until the festival ends.
All support will happen via the DreamHack Discord Server so don’t forget to join that before your tournament is due to start!
There will be no concessions available during the night for the BYOC, however we allow you to bring in food for yourselves to consume.
