DreamHack’s commitment to accessibility makes sure everyone can enjoy gaming without barriers. The festival makes sure every gamer can participate fully for an unforgettable weekend. We aim to set a standard for making gaming more welcoming and enjoyable for all!

Stockholmsmässan Accessibility Information

Stockholmsmässan is committed to making the venue accessible to everyone. Its exhibition halls, restaurants and congress rooms offer ground-level access. Please note that temporary structures, level differences and large crowds may affect accessibility during certain events. For questions specifically related to Stockholmsmässan’s facilities, accessibility or caregiver and sign language interpreter policies, please contact the venue directly before your visit.

Companion Ticket

Those who are eligible may receive one free companion ticket when purchasing a full-price ticket. Simply fill out the form below, and fill in the following item below so we can then send you a ticket.

Parking spaces

Stockholmsmässan has about 25 parking spaces reserved for disabled parking permit holders. You can find these in the garage at P1, outside the Scandic Talk hotel and at the eastern entrance. The parking permit of course also applies to other parking spaces.

Wheelchairs

A limited number of wheelchairs are available for loan at the Information desk at the main entrance upon presentation of identification. The wheelchairs cannot be booked in advance.

Restrooms

Accessible restrooms are available near the entrances, in the exhibition halls and in the galleries.
